- Property showing scheduling and reminders
- Leasing updates
- Application status updates
- Resident communications
- Maintenance communications
- Property management services
- Owner inquiries and account-related communications
Opt-In
Users may opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing their mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting through website forms, applications, contact forms, leasing inquiries, owner inquiries, or other communication channels operated by TierOne Real Estate.
SMS consent is not required to:
- Lease a property
- Submit a rental application
- Receive property management services
- Request information
- Purchase any services from TierOne Real Estate
